In 2009, Ward's started in Athens, Georgia as a small handyman service and after relocating to Cleveland, Ohio in 2011 entered the commercial facility maintenance space.

We service professional offices, retail, commercial, senior living facilities, real estate agent listings, homeowners associations (HOAs), and hotel locations and many other businesses in the greater Birmingham (central Alabama), south Alabama (Mobile, Spanish Fort, Foley), as well as Pensacola, Florida.

At Ward's Pro we provide full logistics and materials management to simplify our client's needs and exceed expectations. We provide professional prompt estimates and quick turnaround of estimates.

We are fully insured with General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available on request.
